Seven earn All-Mid Atlantic Region honors

NEW ORLEANS, La. – Tyren Proctor (Westminster, Md./North Point), Zach Stango (Burtonsville, Md./Paint Branch), Alex Huffer (Williamsport, Md./Williamsport), Tyler Richardson (Severn,Md./Old Mill), Nick Razze (Pitman, N.J./Pitman), Josh Sproul (Princess Anne, Md./Washington Academy), and Katie Morgan (Chesapeake City, Md./Caravel Academy) have been named to All-Mid Atlantic Region team, announced by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) on Thursday.

Proctor, a sophomore on the men's team, added a gold medal at the Centennial Conference Championships in Collegeville, Pa. He won the 110 hurdles with a time of 15.47 seconds.

Stango, Huffer, and Richardson were all part of the 4x400 relay team that recorded the second fastest time in program history (3:20.75) at the Swarthmore final qualifier hosted at Widener. 

Nick Razze, a junior on the men's team, recently won the 400 hurdles at the Centennial Conference Championships with a program and conference meet-record time of 52.94. He was also part of the 4x400 relay team that recorded the second fastest time in program history. 

Josh Sproul, a senior on the men's team, recently won the bronze in the high jump at the Centennial Conference Championships clearing 1.91 meters.

Katie Morgan, a sophomore on the women's team, took home the silver medal in the 400 at the Centennial Conference Championships with a program-record time of 57.99 seconds.
