Haverford rallied late to capture game one before breaking open game two late to sweep McDaniel. The Fords took game one 3-2 and completed the sweep, 11-0.

Tim Griest (Warwick, Pa./Lititz) led the Green Terror with four hits on the day, including a 3-for-4 game one.
• Robbie Mays (Parkton, Md./Hereford) went the distance on the mound in the opener with seven strikeouts and one earned run allowed, scattering seven hits.

• Will Karp led the Fords with four hits on the day.

• In game one, a two-out throwing error and Tim Griest single to left field scored DJ Biscoe (Millersville, Md./Old Mill) for a 1-0 lead first-inning lead.
• Colin Franke (Highland Mills, N.Y./Cornwall Central) drew a walk to lead off the fifth before moving to second on a wild pitch and scoring on a one-out Biscoe single.
• Will Karp led off the sixth inning with a home run to left field to cut the deficit in half.
• With one out in the eighth, Nick Perez reached on an error before a Karp single put two on with one out. Ethan Lee-Tyson followed with a double to score Perez but the Green Terror threw out Karp at the plate to keep the game tied. Harrison Burns, however, singled to scored Lee-Tyson with the go-ahead run.
• Jarod Pezzano (Stevensville, Md./Kent Island) drew a walk to lead off the ninth inning before moving to second on a sacrifice. A pair of flyouts, however, preserved the win for Andrew Johnson.
• In game two, the two teams combined for just four baserunners before Zach Landry led off the home fifth with a single up the middle. An error and Jared Turner single staked Haverford to a 1-0 lead.
• Back-to-back singles from Lee-Tyson and Harrison Burns put runners at the corners. A Luke Wallis squeeze bunt made it 2-0 before Owen Plambeck singled home Burns for a 3-0 lead.
• Wallis reached on an error to start the eighth inning before Plambeck went year for a 5-0 lead. Three straight hit batters loaded the bases for Perez, who poked a two-run single to left. A wild pitch, Karp single and balk made it 9-0 before a second error and Plambeck double set the final margin.

• In addition to the Tim Griest's three hits, Tom Daly (Haddon Heights, N.J./Haddon Heights) also had three hits in game one. Julian Jenkins (Tempe, Ariz./Desert Vista) added two knocks.
• In the nightcap, Nathan Bass and Brandon Jenkins combined on the shutout, fanning 11 batters and allowing just four hits.

McDaniel concludes the season at home against Gettysburg on Sunday. Game time is 2 p.m.
